The Lumper position is integral to our warehouse operations, requiring reliable individuals who can perform repetitive manual labour efficiently. Duties include unloading containers by hand, palletizing products, and assisting in general warehouse tasks. Punctuality and a robust safety focus are key in this active and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely unload containers by hand or using pallet jacks
• Lift and organize products across the warehouse
• Palletize and stage items for shipment or storage
• Assist with cleanup for a safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor's directives
Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse or similar roles
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
