FortisBC, Oliver, BC, is seeking a Pre-apprentice Power Line Technician to assist the line crew from the ground in a structured 6‑month program. This semi-skilled role offers hands-on training under a journeyperson and potential progression to a full-time apprenticeship.
The position provides exposure to pole framing, line maintenance, patrols, tool handling and protected operation of vehicles and equipment, with a competitive hourly rate and development opportunities.
