This role requires strong collaboration with the Public Relations and Food Services teams to guarantee operational success for all group visits. You'll address dietary requests, logistics, and any last-minute changes to maintain high satisfaction levels among guests. Experience in the hospitality industry will be crucial to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate group food services bookings and reporting
• Work closely with the Food Services Department
• Liaise with tour companies for pricing and invoicing




• Address visitor dietary needs and oversee food services
• Host site inspections and represent The Butchart Gardens
Requirements:
• Positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication
• Experience with tour operators and in food services
• Organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment
• Class 5 Drivers Licence is an asset
• Skilled work attire expected
