In this role, you will provide physical and personal care under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Manager. By addressing the individual needs of residents, you ensure their safety and comfort in daily life. Engage in personalized care, assist with dining services, and uphold confidentiality throughout your interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Report medical emergencies and changes in health
• Document care activities systematically
• Assist with admissions and discharges as needed
• Promote positive interactions with residents and families
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Understanding and empathy for senior needs
• Organizational and teamwork skills essential
• Explicit background screening and recent TB test results
