Become a key educator in the Continuing Care Assistant Program at Oxford International Halifax Centre. Deliver engaging instruction and promote student progression as a full-time CCA Instructor.
This role is designed for experienced educators who are committed to enhancing the quality of healthcare education. You will coordinate classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction while ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning setting. Responsibilities also include monitoring student performance, managing placement partnerships, and supporting recruitment efforts to sustain program integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive instruction in CCA theory and practice
• Create a secure and engaging learning atmosphere
• Coordinate and supervise student placements efficiently




• Assist with operational functions of the CCA program
• Maintain compliance with educational standards and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare, with good standing LPN/RN status
• Familiarity with adult education principles preferred
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs
• Flexibility to work diverse hours as necessary
