This includes the supervision of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) employed by the company, whether assigned to a specific base or not, as well as third-party line maintenance providers acting on behalf of the company.The Manager ensures that all line maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, company policies, maintenance programs, and industry best practices, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.This position provides operational leadership across multiple bases, ensuring the enforcement of standardized maintenance practices, efficient resource utilization,



and the consistent delivery of services throughout the network.What You Will DoOperational LeadershipDirect all daily line maintenance activities across the national network.Provide leadership and support to base Crew Chiefs and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs).Establish standardized operating procedures and harmonized work practices.Fleet SupportEnsure supervision of the following:Maintenance programs for assigned client fleetsUnassigned line maintenance resourcesAircraft on Ground (AOG) response capabilityScheduled and unscheduled maintenance work performed at night or outside normal hoursCorrection of anomalies and defectsSupport for Minimum Equipment List (MEL) managementAircraft recovery and return-to-service activitiesCoordinate maintenance resources to ensure operational reliability and aircraft availability for clients.Supervision of Third-Party Maintenance ProvidersFoster a Proactive Safety CultureRegulatory CompliancePersonnel LeadershipProvide leadership to:Assigned AMEsUnassigned AMEsCrew ChiefsBase Supervisors (where applicable)Responsibilities:Performance managementCoaching and mentoringSuccession planningWorkforce planningEmployee engagement and mobilizationSchedule supervisionRecruitment supportLabor relations supportFostering continuous professional development.Operational PlanningDevelop national resource allocation plansCustomer SupportFinancial ResponsibilityParticipate in the management of the following:Operating budgetsLabor utilizationOvertime managementVendor-related expensesTooling requirementsCapital expenditure planningCost-reduction initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.Lead Continuous Improvement InitiativesWhat You Will BringTrainingAircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license,



an asset.College diploma or university degree in aeronautical maintenance, engineering, aviation management, or a related field, an asset.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.Experience managing multiple maintenance sites.Experience within a Transport Canada-certified Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO).Experience managing client aircraft fleets.Experience supervising third-party maintenance service providers.Experience leading teams distributed across multiple geographic locations.KnowledgeSolid knowledge of the following:Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs).Aircraft maintenance planning.Human factors.Safety Management Systems (SMS).Reliability programs.Aircraft technical records.Maintenance control processes.Aircraft return-to-service and operational requirements.What We Will Do For YouAt Execaire Aviation, your career path matters.Our career culture is driven by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving excellence.
