Candidates will provide crucial support for daily living, encourage community engagement, and help foster a supportive environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with family and the Resicare team for a successful transition to independent living and maintaining thorough documentation of progress and activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist the client in achieving personal goals toward independence • Provide daily living and personal care assistance • Promote participation in community activities and recreation • Maintain a safe and nurturing living workplace • Collaborate closely with family and support teams
Requirements: • Diploma in Rehabilitation/Social Services with 2 years’ experience • Certification in First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration • Obtain recent Vulnerable Police clearance check within 6 months
