Review and draft corporate/commercial agreements
Support RFP procurement and compliance initiatives
Advise on regulatory and risk management matters
Monitor and communicate legislative updates
Develop compliance programs and policiesRequirements:
LL.B. or J.D. with Law Society membership
Minimum 5 years in corporate and commercial law
Robust skills in contract negotiation and drafting
Experience in healthcare and privacy law preferred
