As a key member of Baxter, you will work the permanent full time afternoon shift, ensuring timely production and quality control in our Alliston facility. Your responsibilities include visual inspections, filling IV bags, and maintaining stringent quality standards, all while contributing to a cooperative team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Inspect and fill IV bags accurately • Load and seal over-wrapped assemblies • Document production counts and rework as needed • Maintain a clean and safe workspace • Follow GMP and SOP standards diligently

Requirements: • High School diploma or GED required • Experience in a manufacturing or GMP workplace • Strong attention to detail and teamwork • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently • Flexibility to work weekends if needed
