Join Accurate Indigenous Managers & Advisors (AIMA) in Winnipeg as a Junior Bookkeeper. This full-time role is focused on financial data management and accounts support in a meaningful environment. In this position, you will aid the Finance Operations & Nation Support Manager by handling daily bookkeeping tasks while ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Experience with QuickBooks and Sage 300 is essential, along with attention to detail and organizational skills to thrive amidst multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily financial administration tasks
- Ensure up-to-date financial documentation
- Process vendor invoices and maintain customer accounts
- Carry out detailed bank reconciliations
- Provide administrative support on finance initiatives Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Capability to work in rapid-paced environments
