Role Description This casual, remote Junior Graphic Designer role is based in Brampton, ON.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the creation of event floor wraps, signage, and other print materials by developing design concepts, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring brand consistency across projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior designers and print technicians, refining layouts and typography, and adapting designs to different formats and event types. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, reviewing proofs for accuracy,



and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating visually compelling print and event materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support consistent client identities across signage and floor wraps.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced text in all designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and basic prepress knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to follow creative direction while contributing ideas.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design or visual communication; prior experience or a portfolio of design work is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, collaborate in a team setting, and adapt to changing project priorities.
