In the role of Aquatics Lifeguard, you'll be essential in maintaining a safe environment at Life Time's premier pools. You'll interact with customers and have the responsibility of contemporary facilities, overseeing safety on both indoor and outdoor decks. Assisting at events like 'Dive in Movies' and 'Poolapalooza' will further enrich the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage with club members daily
• Execute rescues and provide first aid as necessary
• Keep swimmers informed of safety measures
• Ensure cleanliness and order around poolside
• Support execution of aquatic events
Requirements:
• Working towards High School Diploma or GED
• Certified in StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, First Aid
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters continuously
• Capable of effective communication with guests
• Lift weights exceeding 20 lbs regularly
