You will beresponsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining billing records,and assisting with customer account inquiries. This role plays a key part inensuring smooth billing cycles and contributing to the company’s financialaccuracy and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue accurate invoices to customers according to contracts and billing schedulesMaintain and update billing records and customer account informationVerify billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with sales and operations teamsAssist in tracking payments and outstanding balancesRespond to customer billing inquiries promptly and professionallySupport month-end billing close processes and assist with financial reporting as neededCollaborate with internal departments to ensure billing compliance and resolve issuesPerform general administrative duties related to billing and accounts receivableQualifications & Experience1–3 years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance support rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with billing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Good communication skills and customer service orientationAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction, traffic control, or related industries is a plusHigh school diploma required; associate degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or related field preferredRight Traffic is an Equal Employment Opportunities Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
