Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Looking for a Salesforce BSA to work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery on Salesforce projects.

Top 3 skills required for this role:
5+ years as BA/BSA
4+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Strong communication and analytical skills

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Strong experience in Salesforce. Knowledge of nCino
Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
Support UAT, testing, and production validation
Experience in Agile/Scrum setting
Positive understanding of integrations




Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis

Valuable to Have
Salesforce certifications
