STAN is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a small, high-impact full-stack team within our 11-person and growing engineering organization. You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering and work closely with the product team to ship features that matter.
This is a player-coach role. You'll spend your time writing code alongside your team of 2–3 engineers, leading — running sprints, mentoring, driving architecture decisions, and helping hire the people who will define what this team becomes, and helping to drive the product forward.
You'll have a direct line to engineering leadership and real influence over how we build — including how we adopt and leverage AI in our engineering workflows.
This position is based in North York and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy setting and enjoys building teams in person.
