Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate development of the estimate with project teams
Lead total project estimate submissions and evaluations




Prepare estimates and conduct risk analyses with recommendations
Analyze project-related problems and propose solutions
Maintain updated local rates for estimates and budgets

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience in estimation
Familiarity with Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
Degree or extensive experience in construction
Chartered or on track for RICS, CEP, or CPE status
Solid communicator with detail-oriented mindset
