Key Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls using de-escalation techniques
Conduct proactive foot patrols and site surveillance
Ensure safety for clients and staff at all times
Manage key control and conduct daily inspections




Provide training to recent employees on procedures

Requirements:
Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard Certificate or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of security experience in healthcare
Clean Criminal Record documentation required
Certification in mental health crisis intervention is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary
