As a vital member of the Medical Imaging Department at Queen Victoria Hospital, you'll utilize your sonography skills to perform general ultrasound procedures. Your work will include collaboration with off-site Radiologists via teleradiography and routine performance of obstetrics and musculoskeletal ultrasound. This full-time relief position includes rotating day and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality ultrasound studies for diverse patient needs
• Coordinate with Radiologists to enhance diagnostic processes
• Conduct routine obstetric and MSK ultrasound procedures




• Uphold patient care standards throughout the imaging process
• Keep accurate records of imaging results and patient information
Requirements:
• Certification and experience as a Sonographer
• Knowledge and experience with Philips Epiq unit preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a team setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Enthusiasm for professional development in medical imaging
