As we continue to grow, we're seeking a friendly and organized Client Care/Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our human and canine clients.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their dogs with enthusiasm and warmth as they enter the facility.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing information about our services and addressing customer concerns.
Manage check-ins and check-outs for doggy daycare, ensuring accurate records are maintained. • Coordinate with the daycare staff to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for both clients and their dogs.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling transactions and processing payments.
Assist in scheduling appointments, tours, and orientations for recent clients. • Keep abreast of daycare activities, events,



and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
Monitor and ensure compliance with vaccination and health requirements for all dogs entering the facility. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred. • Passion for dogs and a basic understanding of canine behavior.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Robust organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using office software.
Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends and some holidays.
