Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance and interpret company policies
Consult managers on performance and conflict resolution




Recruit and onboard recent employees effectively
Act as an employee advocate for needs and concerns

Requirements:
3+ years of HR generalist experience in Food & Beverage
Post-secondary education in HR or related field
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Team-oriented approach with interpersonal skills
Valid BCDL and daily access to a vehicle
