Job Description
Open and close work orders
Schedule appointments for the following day
Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Track parts on order
Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
Process requests related to extended warranties
Manage multiple IT platforms

Requirements
Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position)
Passion for customer service and comfort interacting with the public
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
