D-Wave Quantum Inc. seeks a Staff Cybersecurity Analyst to bolster our security framework with a focus on threat detection and incident response. This role can be fulfilled remotely, in a hybrid mode, or onsite.

As an integral member of the security team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Security. With more than 7 years of comprehensive cybersecurity experience, your responsibilities will include enhancing detection capabilities and ensuring robust systems security across all platforms.

You will work closely with teams to promote a culture of security awareness and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy detection and response capabilities across the enterprise
Enhance the security posture of identity management platforms




Conduct regular applications and SaaS risk assessments
Collaborate on endpoint and cloud security evaluations
Lead training for employees to elevate their security knowledge

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or IT, or equivalent
At least 7 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably with global scope
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security solutions
Proven incident response leadership skills
A proactive defensive security mindset
