SECURE seeks a Lead Facility Operator for our Obed, AB, location, focusing on safe and efficient management of plant operations related to waste treatment. This is a crucial role fostering teamwork and operational integrity. You will directly manage daily facility operations, providing hands-on supervision of Operators and ensuring adherence to safety measures.

Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will support SECURE's commitment to service excellence and innovation in waste management practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all daily operations and ensure team performance
- Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee training programs for Operators and staff
- Manage tasks related to safety, housekeeping, and reporting
- Ensure optimal utilization of facility resources Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant Operator experience
- Certification in safety protocols including H2S Alive
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capability to perform in a demanding setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent necessary Lead operations at SECURE, contributing to a cleaner, sustainable future in the waste management industry.
