PAG Direct is searching for a seasoned General Manager to effectively lead its Hyundai dealership in the GTA. This high-impact role involves driving financial performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will report to the Executive Vice President and will be responsible for managing current and used sales, finance, service, and parts operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial discipline and a history of success in high-volume environments. Building a culture of accountability and mentorship is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee dealership’s budget, forecasts, and financial health
- Lead a high-performing management team through development
- Build strong ties with Hyundai Canada and aim for awards




- Direct customer experience initiatives and ethical standards
- Drive operational efficiency across dealership departments Requirements:
- Five+ years in dealership General Management
- Background in high-volume import-brand dealerships
- Expertise in P&L; management and financial reporting
- Experience across new vehicles, leasing, F&I;, and service
- Valid OMVIC registration with knowledge of Ontario regulations Transform dealership operations and culture at PAG Direct with your leadership skills and experience.
