Your hands-on leadership will involve coaching team members, assigning tasks based on individual strengths, and ensuring alignment with safety policies. Strive for continuous improvement in workflow and product quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and support Fanmod team members daily
- Allocate tasks according to production priorities
- Ensure production and quality benchmarks are met
