Job Summary

This is a temporary position from October 13 to January 31. It is to cover vacation for that periord.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. This role requires strong sales skills, administrative capabilities, and a commitment to providing an outstanding living experience for residents.

Duties

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
- Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and other relevant documents through effective data entry and file management.
- Utilize property management software, Spectra, to track leasing activities and manage tenant information.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.




- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential renters via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail in all communications.
