Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, offering advice on rulings, and participating actively in hearings. This position allows you to contribute significantly to maintaining protected and reliable utility services across Alberta. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support on Commission-related issues
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
- Draft legal memos and opinions for review
- Engage in questioning during oral hearings
- Assist in developing Commission Rules and Bulletins Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of four years in relevant fields
- Must hold Law Society of Alberta membership
- Preferred litigation experience before courts
- Excellent writing and analytical capabilities
