We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join an automotive manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will operate metal production equipment, inspect finished parts, and ensure products meet required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate robotic weld cells, spot/resistance welders, punch presses, and other metal production equipment.

- Load and unload parts and materials safely.

- Monitor machines during production and identify basic equipment or quality issues.

- Inspect finished components for defects and dimensional accuracy.

- Use micrometers, vernier calipers, and other quality inspection tools.

- Complete required production and quality documentation.

- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.





- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Meet daily production and quality targets.

Requirements

- High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent required.

- Previous machine operating experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

- Experience with robotic weld cells, resistance/spot welding equipment, or punch presses.

- Experience using micrometers and vernier calipers.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

- Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
