This 24-month contract role reports to the Director of Innovation & Process Improvement. You'll align strategic efforts with operational priorities by engaging with senior leaders and various teams. Your responsibilities include facilitating high-level discussions and translating strategic plans into roadmaps for actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:



- Guide the strategic planning process with stakeholders - Facilitate discussions among senior leaders and cross-functional teams - Integrate insights and analysis into strategic recommendations - Develop roadmaps connecting objectives to measures and milestones - Manage implementation and reporting of the Strategic Plan
Requirements: - University degree or related experience - 7+ years in strategy, implementation, or consulting - Proven skills in facilitation and complex discussions - Robust analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data - Familiarity with healthcare or not-for-profit sectors is a plus
