At Novacom, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our growing portfolio of Tenant Improvement projects. This role requires managing all aspects of the project lifecycle while engaging with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

You will utilize tools like Procore to ensure budgets and schedules meet expectations throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Start up projects with thorough buyout and kickoff preparation
Manage monthly updates and budget accuracy via Procore
Collaborate with superintendents to keep schedules on track
Ensure effective communication of change orders and RFIs
Lead and organize OAC meetings with a strategic focus

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Proven experience with Procore and administrative tasks
Solid client-facing communication abilities
Relevant technical or post-secondary education
Office-oriented with a separate field team
