Standard Job Description

The successful candidate contributes to our key projects as a member of our Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E;) Cross Product Team (CPT) as follows:
Support functional testing of combat system software
Support regression testing of combat system software.
Develop test plans and procedures to verify software requirements in an Agile workplace (DOORS/Jira/Redmine)
Develop and execute tests using the Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) Automated Test Tool (Python/Linux)
Document, assess, and test deficiencies using the Lockheed Martin defect tracking tool
Participate in Release and Sprint planning, as required

Basic Qualifications
Proceeding in a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
Willing to support scheduling including evenings and weekends, as required
Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
High degree of initiative and autonomy
Able to obtain North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret security clearance in a timely manner.

Desired Skills
Software test automation experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with Linux
Familiarity with BASH and Python
Familiarity with Subversion and/or Git
Familiarity with Java and C++ is considered an asset
Familiarity with Agile Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) is considered an asset
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is considered an asset.
