Robert Half Canada is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a well-established, multi-entity organization based in Surrey, BC. This is a hands-on leadership chance for a CPA who brings strong financial reporting experience along with proven experience managing an accounting team within a larger, complex corporate setting.

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, with a primary focus on financial reporting, month-end processes, and staff management across multiple entities. The successful candidate will currently be managing a team of at least four accounting professionals and be comfortable balancing technical accounting responsibilities with team leadership and ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a team of 4+ accounting staff, including workflow management, review, coaching,



and day-to-day support.
Manage financial reporting and month-end accounting activities across a multi-entity corporate structure.
Review accounting deliverables and ensure reporting is completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Support the Controller with the ongoing improvement and documentation of accounting processes, procedures, and SOPs.
Identify prospects to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies within the accounting function.
Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned by the Controller.
Provide FP& A and analytical support as required, including assistance with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance initiatives.
