As a Team Lead at Pacific Community Resources Society, you'll be instrumental in guiding the Pathways to Education Program. This role involves providing leadership and support to Youth Outreach Workers and ensuring quality service delivery in collaboration with the program's staff and community partners.

Your organizational skills will be crucial in developing solid connections within diverse youth communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the hiring and training of outreach staff
Evaluate program performance related to service contracts




Work closely with management on operational strategies
Develop community partnerships to enhance program reach
Ensure effective collaboration among program stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or similar
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in social services
Background in engaging diverse youth communities
Expertise in case management practices
