We make beer, we make food, and we're looking for someone who can run a kitchen like it actually matters. Schoolhouse Brewery in Windsor, Nova Scotia is hunting for a Kitchen Manager who wants real ownership, not just a station and a schedule.
We've grown from a basement startup to eighteen people and counting, with a taproom and restaurant built to live alongside our beer program. This past summer we launched a vodka seltzer, because we don't sit still, and we want a kitchen leader who brings that same energy. You'll manage food cost, lead and train the team, and shape a menu built around shareable plates and beer pairings, working directly with ownership on where it goes next.
