Job Description

Baro is one of Toronto's premier dining and nightlife destinations, spanning multiple distinct experiences under one roof — restaurant, lounge, rooftop patio, and a high-volume private events program. We're looking for an experienced bottle server who can deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role is quick-paced, guest-facing, and central to the premium table experience at one of Toronto's leading hospitality venues.

Responsibilities
Deliver bottle service and VIP table experiences with polish, speed, and attention to detail
Build rapport with guests to drive repeat table bookings and upsells
Coordinate with hosts, security, and bar teams to manage table flow during high-volume periods
Handle payment processing, tabs,



and gratuities accurately
Maintain compliance with AGCO and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements
Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
Prior bottle service or nightclub VIP table experience required
Available to work late-night shifts, including weekends (Thursday–Saturday core nights)
Robust presentation, communication, and multitasking skills under pressure
Ability to work in a high-energy, high-volume setting

Compensation
Base wage plus gratuities.
