We are seeking a driven Senior Business Analyst for a one-year contract to help our Business Process & Special Projects team. Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive process reviews, gap analysis, and automation efforts within our Order-to-Cash initiatives.

You will also support the exchange of technical requirements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct current and future state discovery for OTC projects
Document technical requirements and process changes
Apply process mapping to optimize workflows




Create and standardize SOPs and training resources
Present optimization proposals to leadership

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a business analyst or process improvement role
Solid analytical skills and business case development
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and mapping tools
Experience with system migrations or compliance projects
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
