The Medicine Program is seeking an organized, proactive, and technology-savvy Admin Support V to provide high-level administrative support to the Patient Care Manager (PCM) and Medicine leadership team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment where your organization, judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities will directly contribute to the effective operation of the Medicine Program. The Admin Support V is an important member of the Medicine Program and plays a direct role in ensuring the administrative infrastructure supporting our leaders and teams is organized, responsive, efficient, and reliable. This role provides the prospect to work closely with Medicine leadership, contribute to day-to-day operations, support workforce and financial processes, and help advance portfolio priorities in a complex and quick-paced healthcare environment. As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.





Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

You are a highly organized and dependable administrative skilled who can work independently while remaining closely connected to the needs of the leadership team. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Strong computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. The ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technology, information systems, and administrative processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, interruptions, and changing demands. Sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and a high level of confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with leaders, managers, physicians, staff, and multidisciplinary partners. A willingness to learn organizational systems and processes, including e-People, RMS, WFM, Oracle, iProcurement, IAM, and Connect Care.
