The Tilesetters Supervisor oversees large teams of 16 or more workers, ensuring the successful execution of commercial, residential, and industrial tiling projects. This role demands daily visits to job sites for direct supervision, quality control, and enforcing safety compliance. The supervisor maintains moderate client interaction while managing project planning, work scheduling, and materials to meet project deadlines and standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead large tilesetting teams in office
Ensure quality control and adherence to tile installation standards
Plan projects and schedule work to meet deadlines
Coordinate training and development for team members
Manage materials and equipment efficiently




Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety compliance
Address and resolve in office problems promptly
Maintain moderate client interaction to update progress and address concerns

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in tilesetting
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification in Tilesetting or WHIMCS
Knowledge of tilesetting techniques and safety regulations
Robust team leadership and time management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
