At Bluemax Mfg, we specialize in welding and painting front load garbage bins. This role involves daily rotation between welding and painting tasks, applying mostly down hand MIG/TIG welds and spray painting bins with one coat of primer followed by two coats of paint. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and all personal protective equipment is provided to ensure workplace safety.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on front load garbage bins, primarily down hand welds
Apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint using spray painting techniques
Rotate daily between welding and painting tasks to maintain production flow
Ensure adherence to safety protocols using supplied personal protective equipment

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in welding and painting
Proficient in hand welding techniques
Experienced in spray painting applications
