The Reconciliation Strategy
Manager will lead key aspects of Bell's engagement with Indigenous communities, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational values. You will manage the PAIR Certification program and develop strategies that enhance community involvement while monitoring the effectiveness of reconciliation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute corporate reconciliation strategies and governance
- Lead PAIR Certification and related inclusion programs
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Indigenous groups
- Organize engagement activities and community events
- Implement cultural awareness tools across the organization Requirements:
- Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, or similar
- 5–10 years in community engagement or reconciliation work
- Proven relationship-building skills with Indigenous populations
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
