Take on a rewarding role as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, focusing on assessments, therapy, and group facilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, your role will require a minimum of two years of experience in supporting mental health clients, with a focus on assessments and treatment planning.
You'll lead psychoeducation groups and collaborate with healthcare teams on complex cases including those involving preparation for return-to-work. Your reporting and coordination efforts will ensure client progress is well managed. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy sessions
- Participate in multi-disciplinary case consultations
- Conduct mental health assessments and risk evaluations
- Facilitate groups on various therapeutic techniques
- Complete session documentation and reports promptly Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- At least two years in a clinical mental health role
- Active occupational therapy registration
- Competence in EMR and Microsoft Office tools
