This role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service while managing administrative tasks and event coordination at the Box Office. You’ll work closely with clients from setup to completion and utilize event management software for effective operations. Your experience in ticketing systems and cash handling will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support event administration including invoicing and audits • Coordinate ticket sales via in-person and online platforms • Enter and manage client data in Momentus software • Assist in event logistics and represent department during settlements • Maintain lost and found inventory and assist with guest services

Requirements: • Diploma in Business, Tourism, or related fields • 2+ years in hospitality, convention, or theatre roles • Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills • Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) required
