THE OPPORTUNITY We are partnering with a respected Tier 1 employee‑owned contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager – Healthcare to lead the successful delivery of major recent build hospital projects valued at $200M+.
Reporting into Healthcare Division leadership, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery across highly complex healthcare environments.
This position is based in Toronto with project travel across Ontario and potentially other provinces.
This is not simply site management.
This is full lifecycle leadership — from planning and procurement through commissioning and handover.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Lead major new build hospital projects from inception to completion
Drive project planning, scheduling and delivery strategy
Manage multidisciplinary teams across design and construction
Coordinate with architects, engineers and healthcare authorities
Oversee budgets, procurement and cost control
Manage risk, claims and change orders
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and building regulations
Lead stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
Champion safety, quality and operational excellence
Mentor and develop project teams and future leaders
Travel to project sites to ensure successful delivery and oversight

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 10+ years project management experience within construction
Minimum 5 years focused on healthcare / hospital construction
Proven success delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+
Strong healthcare construction knowledge and technical capability
Experience managing complex multidisciplinary teams
Executive-level stakeholder engagement capability
Strong commercial, contractual and leadership skills
