What you will be doing: Be a Courageous Safety Leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
Configure and maintain the Employee Central modulewithin SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements.
Configure and support the Benefits module in Employee Central as well as SuccessFactors Onboarding.
Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions.
Identify and fix configuration issues while performing root cause analysis.
Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and project-related work.
Collaborate with internal People Systems team, business collaborators and vendors.
Support post-go-live stabilization,



production support, and continuous project activities.
What you must have: 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fix skills.
Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced project environment with little oversight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary/Rate Range : $90.00-$110.00 per hour
