This full time role requires travel and a full driving license, delivering essential health services. In this role, you'll carry out person-centered health assessments and lead Health MOTs for adults within workplace and community settings.

Your expertise in clinical measurements and health promotion will be paramount in guiding individuals towards improved wellbeing. You'll operate independently after training, ensuring adherence to established protocols and appropriate referral procedures for any urgent care needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Health MOT sessions and secure patient consent
- Conduct clinical assessments and record vital measurements




- Deliver health promotion interventions addressing lifestyle factors
- Identify and act on abnormal clinical findings

- Level 3 healthcare qualification or equivalent experience
