Eziway is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Novated Lease team in Pakenham, VIC. Provide expertise and support as clients navigate the benefits of novated vehicle leasing. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire client pipeline for novated leases, serving as the go-between for applicants, employers, and financiers.

Your responsibilities will include educating clients on tax benefits, preparing leasing quotes, and coordinating with dealers to ensure they have access to the best options. A proven sales background and customer service focus are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client inquiries from start to finish

- Coordinate with the dealer network for vehicle options
