Your responsibilities will include health promotion, disease prevention, and delivering patient-centered care. By connecting with patients and assessing community needs, you will enhance the overall health of the population. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer primary healthcare services in collaboration with clinic teams
- Conduct evaluations and community health assessments
- Provide urgent care and treatment to patients
- Refer clients to other healthcare professionals
- Engage in health promotion and educational projects Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program
- Eligible for registration as RN (NP) with SRNA
- 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
