Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting client needs with a friendly attitude
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars
- Support medical or dental office functions by handling patient or client information securely and efficiently
- Coordinate office supplies procurement,



monitor inventory levels, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Experience

- Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable, including knowledge of front desk procedures and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage front desk responsibilities seamlessly
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Google Workspace applications and general office equipment operation
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or basic financial record management is a plus
