Become our on-site Maintenance Manager tasked with improving equipment reliability through effective management strategies. This full time role emphasizes predictive maintenance and TPM initiatives to boost operational success. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with demonstrated project management capabilities.
In this position, you will analyze equipment performance, propose actionable solutions, and train team members on TPM practices.
Your role will also include managing necessary capital and repair projects to ensure a seamless production process. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CMMS to analyze and improve equipment reliability
- Lead TPM initiatives and employee engagement
- Conduct training sessions for skilled trades and operators
- Manage plant capital and repair strategy
- Participate in decisions for equipment repairs or replacements Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficient in SAP and computer tools
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with a focus on team success
