This full-time position requires a motivated team player to assemble, fabricate, and inspect high-quality products. Your responsibilities will involve operating various tools and machinery while adhering to safety policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and inspect windows and doors for quality assurance
• Safely operate hand tools and automated machinery
• Prepare materials and review work orders before production




• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
• Report defects and assist with product shipment preparation
Requirements:
• Experience in general labour or manufacturing preferred
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs comfortably
• Read a tape measure accurately
• Must be 18 years or older to work in Canada
